About the Project
For this project I will be completing multiple workouts each day and following a diet plan. I will be working out 6 days a week and will do cardio 3 days a week for 10 weeks. I will be taking footage of me running and practicing softball before I begin to workout and will take more footage at the end to see how well I progressed over the 10 week period. This footage will be used to create a slideshow that will show my progress each week and the data that I have wrote down. My goal is to be able to gain power and strength for softball as well as becoming fit. I hope to be able to progress in speed by shaving off 1 second of time when running to first base as well as running around the bases.
